      Many thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback.

      Regarding the extra styling, would you mind clarifying which area of the software you are referring to? We present a number of options to your clients on your behalf. I.e. the survey, the emails, and various widgets/pages etc. Once I know that I'll be in a better position to advise on the next course of action.

      We were also sorry to hear that something has gone wrong with communication. Please could you clarify which ticket we have not replied to, as I'm not able to find one on our system. Or perhaps could you forward the original email so we can help.

      1. It is a good idea to change the questions from time to time, and get insights into different aspects of your service.

Although I knew clients generally had good feedback the experience of 'going public' with feedback made the importance of delivering a great service about 100 times more real.
