  1. I love customer sure! I am not a technical person at all and I find it easy to use, the support team are brilliant and always answer my questions quickly and professionally and are a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this product and service to anyone who wants to record their clients feedback as an easy way to stay in touch with their clients.   2. Transparency in what people think of the service focuses the mind incredibly. Although I knew clients generally had good feedback the experience of 'going public' with feedback made the importance of delivering a great service about 100 times more real.   3. Customersure is a complete system to get feedback from our clients on how we can improve. The most important thing for us, is that our clients are happy.   4. Customer Sure have been responsive since the initial phonecall with them 18 months ago. Always there to assist with queries, but basically the system runs smoothly all on its own!   7. All aspects of Customer Sure is just so user friendly - for us it is really simple to create and send out the surveys and for our customers extremely easy to fill out! Great support from Guy throughout the whole journey!       Hi James,

      Thanks for the feedback. I'll drop you a more detailed reply in private, but in general, we aren't a comparable product to review sites like Trustpilot.

      Most businesses use CustomerSure to get feedback that they use to improve their processes and train their staff to deliver better customer service. Publishing that feedback in public, and using it for SEO is usually a secondary goal, which is why we're not 'optimised' for this.

      Our focus is always on helping businesses do better for their existing customers (and thus getting more repeat business and winning new customers from word-of-mouth referrals). Whilst it's possible to use the feedback in other ways, it's not the primary use-case for most businesses.

An efficient Customer Review service - not only is it third party so completely independant but also the team, and particularly Luke, are always on hand and willing to tweak design features to assist with our bespoke requirements.
