  8. A easy to use, easy to customise system. Brilliant reporting facility with good feeds up to our office dashboards.       We’ve recently made a change to clear up the "number of questions/number of surveys" issue – but we can look into making this clearer.

      Regarding the extra styling, would you mind clarifying which area of the software you are referring to? We present a number of options to your clients on your behalf. I.e. the survey, the emails, and various widgets/pages etc. Once I know that I'll be in a better position to advise on the next course of action.

      We were also sorry to hear that something has gone wrong with communication. Please could you clarify which ticket we have not replied to, as I'm not able to find one on our system. Or perhaps could you forward the original email so we can help.

      1. It is a good idea to change the questions from time to time, and get insights into different aspects of your service.
