Integration settings

You can set up, view or amend settings for all the different ways of integrating in the Settings area:

Setting up a BCC integration

You may add any number of bcc integrations and each one can have its own email template, survey and time delay. This means you can invite feedback after a variety of different customer interactions, or at different points in the customer lifecycle.

BCC integration allows you to generate feedback requests automatically by adding a special email address to the bcc: field of an existing email to your customer, for example an order confirmation, despatch note or invoice.

To set it up, go to your settings page, select the 'Integrations' tab on the left and in the section headed 'Automate your feedback requests' choose 'Edit' for the BCC line. 

This BCC email address is specific to your company. When CustomerSure receives an email from you to this address, it queues a new feedback request to the email address in the "To" field of the email that was bcc'd.
