CustomerSure’s customer service features help you follow-up on feedback, as well as any other customer service issues that come your way, such as sales enquires, complaints, and suggestions.

To get the full benefit, follow these steps:

  1. Add the 'Customer Service' tab to your website
  2. Link to your customer service area
  3. Add team members who need to reply to customers
  4. Setup email forwarding
