You can set up, view or amend settings for all the different ways of integrating in the Settings area:
Click on the Settings menu,then go to the 'Integrations' tab.
Scroll to find the API section.
Setting up API integration
API integration allows you to access CustomerSure features directly from software. For example you can generate customer feedback requests and retrive the results.
Your Integration Settings page contains your (confidential) API security token and a link to the API Documentation.
